Hey there! My name is Meghan, and I’m a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Trainer, Wellness Advocate, and International Retreat Leader. I’m also an Essential Oils Lover, Crystal Connoisseur, Self-Love Advocate, and Self-Proclaimed Dolphin Whisperer (true story).

I’m a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and meditation teacher, have my own business, and have had the opportunity to live and work abroad in Aruba and Costa Rica. My biggest accomplishments to date have been completely combating my Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Asthma, being off my anxiety and depression medication, being featured in a book (read about that here), speaking about my struggles as a National Women’s Day Ambassador, and creating and launching my own business.

I never stop learning, so I’m always expanding and growing my knowledge, my mind, and my skills. I love to have fun and laugh; you’ll often hear me cracking jokes as I lead you through your yoga flow (#lightenup! it doesn’t have to be so serious all the time).

I take my craft and passion very seriously, so while I like to have fun, you’ll never find my half-assing my work.

My passions (besides yoga and meditation of course) are travelling with my husband Brad and being near the ocean. I’m obsessed with dolphins (self-proclaimed dolphin whisperer kinda makes sense, now right?) and all marine life, and love to contribute to ocean clean up and marine conservation charities. I’m passionate about our environment and do what I can to reduce my carbon footprint on the planet (#recyclelikeaboss).

I’m not your typical yoga teacher…I like to have fun in my classes, so no resting bitch faces here! I’m not about shaming you for things you like or want out of life. I’m all about supporting you so you can be your happiest, most confident, fulfilled and purposeful you!

I believe every woman has the ability to positively transform her life. No matter the circumstances, she can find a life that brings her joy, abundance and gratitude. Since beginning this journey I am happy with my life, off my medication, married to the love of my life, travel whenever we want, and working for myself doing what I love. I was in the same boat as you not too long ago, and if I can do it, you can do it too. This is YOUR life, your shot at being you right here, right now, so why not make it the absolute best time of your life?

After noticing the miraculous changes I made in my life, I knew I had to share my gift with others. I support my clients through empowering and teaching them to connect to their mind, body and soul. I do this by teaching them how to care for and nourish their bodies, how to calm the mind and manage their thoughts, and how to invite more wellness into their lives as a form of self-care and self-love.

I suffered for a long time with depression, anxiety, OCD and suicidal thoughts. Oh! And Asthma to boot. I decided enough was enough one day and I wanted more out of life, so I started to work on myself internally, loving myself more, and taking up yoga. I now teach yoga and meditation online, locally, as well as internationally, started working for myself, travel as a passion, and I am living my best life.
